A B ONG, Managing Director, has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry. During that period, he held senior executive positions at both the local Singapore and foreign banks, spanning the area of Corporate Banking, Private Banking and Consumer Banking. His banking career also saw him being based at different locations like Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. His many years of exposure in the banking management, where one of his major duties was talent hunting/ hiring of effective senior executives and his intensive involvement in Executive Search in the last 8 years have enabled A B to deliver very sharp, precise and effective search results to the clients.

Complementing his wide banking and executive search exposure, A B holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Accounting) from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada.

Sandy Lim, Director, has worked for 15 years as Head of Department in a Singapore Statutory Board, overseeing the marketing & promotions, design& exhibitions of the Organisation. In addition, Sandy spent more than 5 years in the advertising industry as an Art & Creative Director of established regional and global advertising agencies. Her exposure in Senior Management role and the creative role provides Sandy with a wide network of contacts, and sharp discerning ability in targeting and reaching the right caliber professionals.

Besides her extensive experience in senior management, Sandy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, and a Diploma in Design from Nova Scotia College of Art & Design in Canada.

Claudia Seah, Director, has more than 9 years of experience as a Manager in the Human Resources Department of companies involved in various industries. She has been exposed in the areas of recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, and other related human resources matters.

Having involved in Executive Search for the last 3 years, and her extensive exposure in the human resources management have resulted in Claudia developing an excellent ability in scouring the market effectively for the most suitable and outstanding candidates for the clients’ recruitment and talent needs. Her fine sense of discernment for quality candidates developed over the years enables Claudia to fulfill her mandates with candidates of the right qualities promptly.

Supplementing her vast exposure in Executive Search and Human Resources work, Claudia possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Social Science from National University of Singapore.

Esther Tan , Director, has worked for 2 years as a Public Auditor in one of the Big Four Accounting firms, and 7 years as a Private Banker with global banks based in Singapore. In addition, she has also worked as an Internal Auditor in a global bank, Finance and Administration Manager in the IT industry, and as a Manager & Education Counsellor in the education industry. Esther has therefore extensive working experience in private banking, finance & auditing, and other industries. This exposure gives Esther an edge when sourcing for candidates in the banking & financial industry in general, and private banking & wealth management in particular, as well as those in the accounting and auditing professions.

Academically, Esther holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Australian National University, and is a certified Public Accountant of Australia.

Simon Ong, Director, has more than 25 years of working experience, holding senior positions in the Hotel, Pharmaceutical, Electronic Manufacturing and Trading industries in Singapore and Malaysia. His exposure spans across British multinationals, Singapore and Malaysian corporate organisations in the aspects of Marketing & Sales, Operations, HR & Administration. With his exposure and network of contacts in both Singapore and Malaysia, Simon is able to effectively search for the required talents across both these countries and beyond.

Academically, Simon is equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and a Diploma in Marketing.
